About Me:
I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Educational Technology in Higher Education through Walden University. I have completed all course work and have started the dissertation process. My current research interests involve learning theories (specifically constructivism and adult learning theory), learning styles/multiple intelligences, faculty development in higher education, “best practices” in online learning, and Web 2.0 tools.
I am currently Instructional Designer at Fayetteville Technical Community College, where we are working on creating i3D interactive animated learning objects.
My dissertation utilizes Rogers' diffusion of innovations theory. Faculty Perceptions and Attitudes Toward the Use of Course Management Systems in Historically Black Colleges and Universities in Georgia
