I've been using Flashmeeting for some time to hold weekly multi-institutional e-learning project management meetings. It works very well and has the advantage of being recorded for later reviewing and also provides a transcript/notes of the discussion.
Once a meeting has been set up, all that has to be done is to copy and paste the meeting link into your bog or forum for other users to click and go straight to the meeting.

I have booked my first FLASHMEETING video conference with Spanish speaking teachers from Argentina (we all share the same language and same time zone). We all want to try this videoconferencing tool and we will discuss about the best way to introduce technology and Web 2.0 in the classroom.

Hi Eduardo! I have experience with Flashmeeting! It is a great video/audio conferencing tool! We prepared some video conferences with researchers and professors around Europa. Before meeting you have to check the microphone and video camera. You can use it for slide presentations, for link submitions and so on. Nice to meet here! Malinka
