Ning v. Moodle

What is easier for students to navigate? I'd be interested in the pros of cons, as I'm thinking about creating distance education courses using Ning. The grading function in Moodle is still a killer teaching app, because it's a time saver.

Have limited of use of moodle. I have only ever used it as an end user with discusion boards. Have used blackboard heavily and in my opinion "Ning is the King" to facilitate distance learning.

Good control for you
Logical and easy to use navigation
students can blog and discuss easily
students can add videos, images, audio and RSS feeds easily
the environment is setup nicely to facilitate informal and incidental learning

to me its a feel good environment
